These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Thesio ("we," "us," or "our"). We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Thesio is an AI-powered social media analytics tool that aggregates publicly available posts from Reddit and StockTwits, applies machine learning and natural language processing to identify sentiment patterns, and delivers synthesized summaries ("Signals") for tickers on your watchlist.
The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only. All content, signals, verdicts, and analysis produced by Thesio are derived from unverified third-party social media data and automated AI processing.
Important: Thesio is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, financial planner, or any other type of licensed financial professional. Nothing on this platform — including signals, verdicts, sentiment scores, AI summaries, or any other content — constitutes investment advice, financial advice, a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or financial instrument, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell securities.
You should not rely on Thesio as a substitute for professional financial advice. Before making any investment decision, you should conduct your own independent due diligence and consult with a qualified licensed financial advisor who understands your individual financial situation, goals, and risk tolerance.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:
Social media is inherently noisy, subject to coordinated manipulation campaigns, and not a reliable predictor of price movement. Thesio makes no representation that its analysis filters out all misinformation, pump-and-dump activity, or coordinated social manipulation.
Critical: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Thesio and its operators, employees, contractors, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to: investment losses, trading losses, loss of profits, loss of capital, financial harm, lost data, or business interruption — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which damages are sought (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise) and applies to any and all trading or investment decisions made in whole or in part based on information, signals, verdicts, or analysis provided by the Service.
In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for certain types of damages, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Thesio and its operators, employees, contractors, affiliates, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:
Pricing: Thesio Pro costs $49 per month. Billing is processed through Stripe, our third-party payment processor.
Free trial: New subscribers receive a 3-day free trial. Your payment method is required to start the trial. If you do not cancel before Day 3 of your trial, you will be charged $49 for the first billing period.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at hello@thesio.polsia.app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to the Service through the end of the paid period.
Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused subscription periods, except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days of the charge.
Price changes: We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 14 days' notice delivered to your registered email address. Continued use after the price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

All content, software, AI models, algorithms, designs, trademarks, and analysis produced by the Service are the proprietary property of Thesio and its operators, protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial investment research purposes only. This license does not include the right to redistribute, copy, or create derivative works based on Service content.
Social media data aggregated by the Service is sourced from publicly available third-party platforms (Reddit, StockTwits). Thesio claims no ownership over that underlying content.
Data we collect: We collect your email address, watchlist tickers you configure, usage events (page views, feature interactions), and subscription/billing information processed through Stripe. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
How we use it: Your data is used to provide the Service, send transactional and product emails, analyze aggregate usage patterns to improve the product, and process your subscription through Stripe.
Third-party services: We use Stripe for payment processing (subject to Stripe's privacy policy), Neon/PostgreSQL for data storage, and OpenAI's API for AI analysis processing. Usage data may be transmitted to these services as part of normal Service operation.
Data retention: We retain your account data for as long as your subscription is active. Upon account termination, we may retain data for up to 90 days before deletion, except where legally required to retain it longer.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if your account poses a risk to the platform or other users.
You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
Sections 3, 4, 5, 6, 9, and 13 of these Terms survive termination.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice where practicable. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version at thesio.polsia.app/terms and updating the "Last updated" date. For material changes, we will notify you by email. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to revised Terms, you must cancel your subscription and stop using the Service.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation for 30 days. If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in English. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action participation for disputes covered by this arbitration clause.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
